Another good thing about the oil prices is that it is now the lead story on every single news broadcast. In turn, the housing market isn't getting bashed on so much, it's dropped to about #5 on the news headlines. In turn, our traffic has been up in all of our model homes. Coincedince? Maybe, but stop the bashing. Yes, it needs to be addressed but GD!!!

We are in the middle of a major price jump here in Joplin today - a couple truck stops are still at $3.66 but most of the Conocos and 66's went up to $3.85 this morning.

Big whoop. I paid $4.47 yesterday. Thank goodness I only filled up my bike. $18.00 to completely fill the tank and it'll last me about 10 days.
