Nice, have you ever been on xterraownersclub.com? They have annual trips to Moab and have alot of video footage of what that truck is capable of. It is a great resource for info about your frontier because they both(frontier & xterra) share almost everything but the body.

nah i'm a member of clubfrontier.org now. It's a great forum and plenty of guys that abuse their frontiers as bad as some guys do their f150s on here. I've learned a ton already and dont even have it yet .

Good deal. I started back in 2000 with my nissan and a website called 4x4parts was the only real forum available. Clubfrontier, xoc and others followed shortly and were much better but I sold mine in early 04 so it didnt matter much. Got 98k trouble free miles out of mine, only had a A/C hose blow and apparently it was a recall so it was free. Good luck with yours

No, AutoPlace. They had exactly what I wanted, and had a $10k cash rebate so I went for it. You in the southtowns?

Welcome to the fam' JBMX. I love my Titan, and you'll love the Frontier. It won't get 16-18MPG though, they get like 1-2 MPG more than a Titan and I got 12 bone stock, driving like a granny. I probably get 8 now with the lift and everything.

hey you can welcome me to the family once i get it LOL. I dunno about mileage. I think it's hit or miss. Some guys on the frontier forum im on now are getting way better than what you said. Kinda like how some guys on here no matter what they do cannot do better than 13-14 but i got 18MPG at one point in my 4x4 scab 6'5 bed. but yeah that was one point. it was 16 after that. then 15. lol.

Nah i dont live in the southtowns AAlmeter but i go down there for my vehicles.

took it home today for the weekend. HELL of a truck! very nice so far i dont know what else to say. a lot of power 265hp in a 4.0 v6 is very nice. Not ridiculously big, 17 feet. Utility rack system with bed extender and factory spray liner is VERY nice! was having battery problems before leaving because it had been sitting for so long but after driving it for an hour its all charged up and running. very firm gas pedal is nice IMO. overall a very nice truck. tons of storage spaces inside i believe, lot of room, and a very good/beefy looking mid-size truck. will post pics later/tomorrow .

sorry for the extremely crappy pics but theyre from my phone.

its dark storm (charcoal gray). I really love the bed utility system. the pic is blurry as hell but you can see the rails and how you can slide the extender back when you dont need it. Ford's foldable extender is a fantastic idea too. Im just glad theyre becoming innovative and giving us more space.

Looks good, what are your impressions of its ride/handling? Does it scoot faster than the 5.4 F-150? I would think it moved out pretty well with that new 4.0 motor

It's obviously not a v8 but its real good IMO. It doesnt ride like the escape but its definitly smooth, handles good. It's tuned very well IMO. It's got a very firm gas pedal that i can always keep my foot on it and keep my speed. Even keeping my foot on it, RPMs rest at 1200-1500 while going 45-50mph. I got 16mpg based on my calculation from filling the tank up only 1/4 tank. I also ran it hard yesterday, and let it run for 30 mins in a parking lot. Plus, ill be gettin a tonneau and nitrogen in the tires.

day 2 : STILL IMPRESSED .
