I am giggling over you keeping the sterilization indicator by 3M.

So they sterilized the parts before they gave them back

 

No that's the test strip to see if the body was rejecting the metal causing the pain. It was in my tub of parts so I threw it in there for the photo.

 

I loved the self tapping screw. Most people do not realize how barbaric some docs are.

 

X2, A machime screw, a nut and some formed washers. Sound better to me.

It's pretty hard to diagnose even in person so it's hard for anyone to say, ya know? Hopefully it's not a ruptured disc ... Do you get any tingling when it hurts you? Or did it tingle when it happened? People don't realize how much their back means to them until it's messed up ...
