Oxycottin doesn't even work for me for some reason. I was going to try some stuff called MS Contin. It's extended release and you only take two a day. I had them switch me to Loratab 10 mgs but I need to get them still.

Are those screws stained from blood, or did they just feel like using red screws?

Thanks man. Basically recovery time is what I make of it. As of right now, I can walk around but I look stiff as a board. I can't bend over at ALL. So my guess is that it's going to be a few days before I'm back to full speed. I'm on Percocet 10mgs right now because that's what I had already but I've got a prescription of Loratab 10mgs sitting at CVS that need to be picked up. I can't do muscle relaxers, they make me sick or I have really bad withdrawls so just the pain medicaton.

Thats good to hear ! Sounds like recovery isn't going to be toooooo bad for ya !

Havin much trouble with sleep ? Only reason i ask, is my buddy who broke his back real bad, about a year back now, has wires/screws/braces and looks like the tin man... any ways, he has trouble sleepin sometime and takes some sleeping aid. Says it works wonders for him, can get a full nights rest and all... only reason I throw it out there. They have made some progress on them too *help* decrease some of the depndency side effect they are known to carry with em. Just throwin it out there... i'm sure ya got it covered tho. Anyways, keep some updates on the progress goin.

Well hopefully I'll be able to sleep good now. I used to not be able to sleep because laying down would hurt my back so bad after a long day. I used to get sick to my stomach and throw up becuase of the pain. That's the reason for the surgery. I've been able to sleep great the past two nights though. A lot better than I thought. When I was in the hospital with my broken back, it was the worst thing in the world. I could not sleep at all. I'd wake up on and off screaming in pain. I had a 90% compromised spinal cord, paralysis for a little while, 1mm away from being paralyzed forever. I'm going to be glad when this is all over that's the least I can say ....

If you cant sleep even with the help of sleep aids, try migrane med. I use to be on prescip sleep pills, didnt work, tried the migrane pills, out for 6 hours (right after I woke up). Pretty strong stuff. Hope all gets better.

Haha possibly, that's what it all looks like to me. Pretty trick that it's all anodized stuff, too.
