Okay, the bad news first;
I've been waiting on my brand new F150, which I ordered from the factory, 5 weeks ago. They had originally told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks. So, I was getting a little ancy, and I went to the dealership this morning, to see if they could tell me anything....
And I find out that Ford is about 3 to 4 weeks behind on their special orders :-( :-( :-( As if the last 5 weeks haven't seemed like 6 freaking months already !

But the good news is, while I've been waiting, the rebate has climbed from $4500, to $5750 ! An additional $1250 ! And furthermore, if it does take 3 to 4 more weeks to get it, the dealer tells me the rebate could very likely climb another $500 or $1000 ! And this is great news for a poor guy like myself......

But then again, I'm starting to have some serious fishing withdrawels ! I mean if I'm not fishing (on my days off) I don't hardly know what to do with myself ! Put it this way, I offered to work on Wednesday.... one of my normal off days. Worked 1 of my off days last week too ! My boss must think I'm losing it ! I just hope he doesn't get used to this......
