My New Office
Well, I'm away from the office and working in a maintenance facility now. I'll be in the little blue room on the 2nd story (left side of the pic) for the next six months!

I'm working as an 'on-call' mechanical engineer for the NC Dept. of Transportation's Rail Division. They do all the general maintenance and minor repairs on NC's rail cars and locomotives.
The engineer that normally has this job is in Australia for 6-7 months working on a project down there, so I'm filling in for him.
Certainly is a change of pace from my normal work, although I won't have the time to do much underwater inspection while I'm here.
