My mom loves the way I detail my vehicles. So I told her for this mothers day she can bring her lexus over and I will give it the works! She is really excited for it, then we all get together as a family, and go out to eat.

Find a particularly nice picture of her and your daughter, have it resized to a family portrait size and give it to her.

I would say do the Spa thing. Nothing like a nice massage. I think she would appreciate that alot.

I've just done this too many times -- plus, my wife's vehicle gets a fairly similar level of attention as my truck so, that won't fly. HAAHAHA!

My mom, on the other hand... well, this is still an option.

Thats understandable!
I would definately find a very nice picture of your daughter and her together, or a good family portait and fame it. Then give her a nice spa package, and the picture.

Yep... got it. That was a must earlier on. Thanks for reminding me, I need to dump those videos down to my external HDD (considering that it's a 30gb device and is nearly full because I've not yet done it! )

Mr. Pick, take a collage of pictures, mom, mom and daughter, daughter, you and daughter, all, and place in a large frame. Inscription " Happy First Mother's Day 2008"

Will mean more each passing year.

Guaraunteed to be the best gift ever.

Doesn't she get sick of getting a water pump & bucket each year? Your yard must be full by now with 31 of them...

But then again, it must be a real treat to sit and listen to the water for the two weeks out of the year you get when the water is not frozen solid!

I'm really struggling with this and know that there's something out there that will set the bar just high enough that I can get back to it on occasion. I mean, let's not price ourselves out of the market to start off, right?

Right now, the spa treatment is leading the pack (god, she needs a pedicure... lol... if I had a dollar for every time I've said that... HAHAHA!).

Thats a one good bro. We have a heater for the fountains,,, so there. When you have this in your backyard you can never get sick.
