OP, If the accident was neither of your faults your insurance company shouldn't be paying squat to the other driver. Something is amyss with your story.

The cop said he couldnt determine the fault. But the guys insurance company somehow got my insurance company to pay for his little crappy old nissan to get fixed. This accident happend in a parking lot too.

Nope I was meeting up with a customer for lunch totally sober. It was raining and this little crapy nissan ran into my front tire with his stupid little car.
