I was supposed to stay over 2 hours at work today to help a new to our work area guy on 2nd shift start the 293 fixture I work on. He didn't show up for work today. I got 15 minutes time and a half today. So I'll work 2 over tomorrow.

Talked to a buddy last night that works for Farmers Ins. I had him run her plates through the databases, and he couldnt find anything on her. She bought the van in December, and had it titled in January, and she canceled her policy shortly after getting the title for the van.

Im just gonna do the UM claim, get the truck in the shop, and let my insurance take care of it. After all thats why we all pay the premiums

She had better start buying walking shoes, she's going to need them. Maybe you should send her a pair.

Glad Mard Gras is over. Hope all the drunk's sober up for the next few week's, of course they'll be partying for St. Paddy's Day in a couple of week's! I was good today only had a couple of beer's and didn't flash anyone! I'm still sore from the parade I rode in Saturday night.

I saw in New Orleans they had 4 people shot at a parade but no one died. They must have been too drunk to shoot straight!

I had a beer or three yesterday. I gave up on taking the last of my meds, and opted to drink beer instead

I topped out a dead oak that was close to the house. Medium size. I hate working on a ladder with a chain saw and big limbs coming at you!

Got dark on me. Will have to cut the trunk down tomorrow when I can see.

Sounds like you planned for it to get dark just in time

I got the tough part done. The trunk is the easy part. I had some quality help. I raked up all the little limbs and twigs and was stuffing them in a bag. Maggie was pulling them back out as fast as I put them in. I tried to hold her back and it bacame a wrestling match. Just a big game to her.

Ian on the radio this morning, on the drive to work.

I Sang Dixie-Dwight Yoakum
Ten Years of This-Gary Stewart
You Gotta Have a Fiddle in the Band-Alabama
There's a Reason-Bellemy Bros

Not a bad play list for the drive!
