there was a portable metal sign that said "incident ahead" and that usually means a very bad wreck, possibly fatality too. sounds like the whole highway was shut down (S 35)

Thanksgiving, went down 36 from Waco to Damon. That's an ugly drive, for the most part, plus a lot of traffic. Christmas, went our old Highway 6, a few more miles, but a lot more divided highway, plus much more scenic. Both routes take 4 3/4 hrs.

Stealth, last night, we were heading to eat and the grocery and had to turn around at the entrance to Southern Oaks. Cops had the highway blocked off. Jus found out that a drunk in a van hit a car head on and killed someone. There at the curve that goes around the end of the airport. Someone here visiting his family, borrowed the van and went out drinking. Not safe even on the little country roads.

Oh I know, especially at night. I almost lost my Aunt, Uncle and 3 cousins due to a drunk driver head on collision on a 2 lane road in Kentucky, at night. They were just heading home, and the driver went across into their lane. My Uncle had his hip shattered, Aunt had a concussion from hitting the glass with her head. 3 cousins were somewhat OK. Lucky.

Got the putter. Very nice, especially for the money. Very solid.
