They're shaped like golf clubs, but my game is goofy so they'll fit right in.

No wait, you're just jealous!

Nope, I love my driver. Or at least I did when I last played.

Orlimar and Adams experimented with the shape that has sort of a hammer look to it.

Have you seen some of the square head drivers? Those look like hammers too and sound like metal trash cans when you hit the ball.

One thing about golf, you can get used to about anything if it helps your game. I used to hate the "tink" sound a lot of the new drivers make. I got the Adams I am using now, it makes the "tink". It's now music to my ears.

I'm just hoping they work well. I usually buy clubs before I use them anyway. Not the best practice.

Yeah, I remember when the bumble bee drivers hit the market. I remember laughing with my buddy at guys at the range who had them, but they sure demolished some range *****.

I thought it was weird when I first played with metal woods. Loved it after I broke 100

My favorite wood wood was my old Wilson ws1000 5 wood from the set I got when I was 15, 1985. Could hit it very consistently. That must be why I hit the utility club so well today. Still have the wood wood in my game room.

I can relate to you on this. I can tell when I have hit a crappy drive by the sound of ball hitting my driver.
