I dropped my truck off at the Krown dealer yesterday to get undercoated and told them not to wash it when they were done. I picked it up tonight and of course they washed it. I got home and the sun was shining on it and seen swirls all over the bed I'm not sure if I'm going to correct it or have a local shop do it. I've heard they do good work but I just have a hard time trusting someone touching my truck.

They did do an awesome job on the undercoating though.

Do it yourself. D/A polisher, a couple pads, Meguiars 205 and geterdone.

Oh and Blackfire makes that Kodiak pop like a ****!

If ya don't have a d/a harbor freight has a pretty good one for around 50 bucks. They should also have the M205

I have everything to do it, I'm just thinking back to the beginning of Spring when I did it and how miserable it was I used to love detailing but I don't have the patience for it anymore.

More than likely I'll end up doing it myself. I've been wanting to get some Blackfire ever since I've seen your pics, I guess this would be a good time to do it.

On the other hand, my $300 dollar offer is still open if you want to come see the beautiful fall scenery of PA

He's probably waiting to get a good pic of the Kodiak Brown. Usually takes about a year and 1000 attempts to capture the color

Hell I'm at almost 4 years and still haven't got a great picture of it. So I just show off the black truck I have 90 percent of the time.

Took the wife to see Deepwater Horizon today. Realistic movie but had her screaming! Some scenes filmed in Port Fourchon which is about 45 miles South of my house and close to our camp at Grand Isle. Oil can still be found in some beach areas.
