Now you know what the Doctor in the movie "The Fugitive" felt like! Keep a close eye out for that one arm man.

Glad everything is OK

Get half way there and come up on a policeman sitting at a cross road. We passed by him and he fell in behind us, got about 3 miles down the road and another cop got behind the first one.

We are thinking what the heck, kept going and then a detective car joined, all of a sudden the cops got on both sides and the detective In front and flipped on the lights. I immediately pulled over, all 3 jumped out of the car told me to get out.

They thought I was involved with a hit and run causing injury that happened about a hour before. They said a maroon suv was involved with left side damage. I nicely told them it wasn't us and the damage happened in November last year, the detective kept arguing that the damage is consistent with what witness' said. I pointed to the fender and said it's rusty, no way in hell it would rust in a hour, he then mouthed off saying the vehicle is clean and I could have washed it, therefore it rusted. WTF.

After being detained for 30mins and a bunch of back and forth they finally decided they had the wrong vehicle! My wife pulled out the accident report from November showing the detective and that seemed to help. Over all it was a hell of a experience
I'll share you my little sisters experience. It could have been worse! This was about 5 years ago or more now. I wasn't there but I did pick her up from the cop shop and did get to see the police report. There was an armed robbery in the area. Get away vehicle was said to be a green 4x4 truck. Turns out my little sister was driving a green 4x4 in the area. She was followed by a cop car for about 5 mins when she was swarmed by 6 more cars all jumped out guns drawn. She had her hands on the steering wheel. Cops tried to open the door of the truck, they were locked. Instantly smashing the drivers window and pulling her out. Guess she went hysterical at this point. Face smashed into the gravel detained and to the cop shop for questioning for hours. Guess tears were rolling down her face the entire time. She still had gravel embedded in her face when I picked her up. After I found out what happened. Man did I laugh. Poor little ginger kid make up running all the way down onto her clothes. Dirt in her face. Truck was out of impound and the window was fixed next day.

It would rain, then snow, then hail. We had better weather in the winter than we have so far this Spring.

Spent the morning at the hospital with dad. He had another small stroke, he was eating at whataburger and felt really strange. His left side went numb and couldn't talk very well. He drove himself to the ER again, parked in the parking lot and couldn't get out of the Suv. He drove up to the drop off area and was able to get someone's attention. They still think his shunt on the brain is causing the problems, but he won't consider surgery again. They released him at 8 this evening and everything seems ok, his speech is still slurred but he's ok.
