Congratulations -- you are now officially a "Shade Tree Mechanic" and entitled to all the honor and rights that come with the position.......

Your wife seems to be easily distracted by fancy things -- how did she ever end up with you......

I have never had much luck with Mechanic in a can products..........but sometimes you get lucky.
Already done it. Blows extremely hot, I was concerned with the heater core and overheating. But so far no problems at all. Yesterday was 95 degrees and it ran at 82 degrees Celsius which is what it's always been at.

As long as it works. Generally I'd never touch stuff like this but with the body damage and being 18 years old it's not worth anything to speak of. Sure isn't worth over 2k in repair for head gasket replacement. If it keeps working I'm going to grab a fender and door, get it painted around $500 total and it'll be a nice little in town cruiser. Only has 102k miles.

Yall be careful around the ft worth area, sounds like it's going to get bad. We're just on the edge of it and it'll probably develope to the east by a few miles.

Patrick found him a nice 02 M Class up at his dealership, got a great deal on it. Ran up and got it about a month and a half ago.
