Imagine how impressed you'd be driving a 5.0 then

Glad they got it fixed for ya. Is it still making the popping sound?

You're getting as bad as Jim and Patrick, good grief!

Pop is fixed. Aftermarket pads were a little loose, put new Ford pads on and it's all good

Good to hear. I never heard of pads popping like that, I thought they was just blowin smoke when they told you that.

Talk about a bit to the ole pride though. I like to think a good quality aftermarket part like brakes is superior. I too would have thought they were yanking my chain.

Heading back out on the road this morning -- have to do a quick run up to Minneapolis for some inspections there tomorrow, then hop on a plane and head right back to Houston on Thursday. Hopefully nothing comes up in the field for Friday -- the weather is supposed to be beautiful and it might be a good day to grab an afternoon of "hooky" and take one of the cars out for a run! I'm thinking the old LTD this time since it hasn't been out in awhile.....

It sounds like it's going to get bad around here too. Supposedly there's going to be a big ball of fire in the sky and temps near 70*

The storms they predicted fizzled here. The weather guys were protecting themselves I guess.
