Let's start over......
Over the last year I have tried slowing down on my Snuff habit. A Year ago I was going threw about 1 to 2 cans of Copenhagen a day. Once the boy started getting bigger and I started thinking about life, i decided i needed to slow down. It wasn't easy and still did it to much with the Copenhagen.
So I switched to the cheap stuff (longhorn) and it is actually helping me quit. For the first 3 months it was a can every 2 days and now I'm going 4 to 5 days on a can. Hoping by next month I will totally be done with the addiction. Only times I find it hard is first thing in morning and after lunch and supper. Other than that I don't really have the craving anymore.
Thought about going to that herbal Snuff they sell but have been told it looks and tastes like dog hair. Lol.

I've been Trying to cut back on smoking
Ya'll can quit. Just takes strong will and desire. My Dad started smoking at the age of 13 and was a chain smoker by the time he got out of the Navy in 1946. At 35, he was at 3 packs a day. He quit cold turkey when he was told he could not do so. Later, he admitted that he was shocked at how much better he felt, how much better food tasted and how he could smell things so much better. There was some good that came out of his habit, neither my brother nor me were ever tempted to even consider smoking.

My wife and I were talking about this the other night -- we can't think of one person we know of from our circle of acquaintances who actually smokes! I have three sisters who do, but they are all so much older than me that I don't think of them as being from my generation -- even though we are siblings.
I guess maybe smoking is just more "closeted" nowadays because you can't really do it in a public place any longer? Heck -- they don't even put ash trays in cars these days! I do remember when I first started my professional career back in Minnesota (early 90's era) and all the office girls would be shivering outside the doorway in 20-degree weather taking their cigarette break.
But, the cigarette companies are all still in business, so I guess there's more smoking going on out there than what I run into during my day-to-day travels......

I was thinking the same thing when I went out to lunch today -- it's much cooler and slightly less humid than what we have had around here the past couple of months! Monday and Tuesday were killers though -- spent both days in the field and thought I was going to drop over dead by the time afternoon rolled around!
Worst thing about is that I am a profuse "torso sweater" so it only takes about an hour for my shirt to become completely soaked through and then it starts dripping down into my blue jeans and makes it look as if I just peed all over myself! I walked into the restaurant for lunch yesterday and people were looking at me as if they were thinking, "Is that what I think it is?"......

Early 10th gen had a dedicated ash tray as a seperated drawer in the cupholder. Somewhere around 2000 they went to an insert inside the cupholder which is easily removed and lost. Your truck likely came with it and was discarded early on.
I'll be looking at a job in League City on Friday -- been spending a ton of time looking at projects down there the last couple of years in a subdivision off League City Parkway.
04 has one between her cupholders. quite a handy one, use it a lot.....for coins, phone, etc
