I think I'm going to test drive the 2.0 Eco in the fusion. I liked the 2.5 but curiosity has got the best of me.

Store and museum.

Old house dating back to the mid 1800's.

Mid 1800's slave quarters.

These were used in a lot of movies over the past 20 yrs.

These were taken yesterday close to Thibodaux, La. about 15 miles away from my house. Laurel Valley plantation is still growing sugar cane as it has for almost 200 years.

Nice pics. It's amazing that a place can survive that long down there with the humidity and the storms.

We still have a lot of old homes around here dating back to the mid 1800's. Most were built with cypress so they take the weather pretty good. Hurricane Betsy in 1965 was the storm that caused damage to the Central Lafourche area but for some reason the old houses took the storm pretty good and most are still standing.

Oak Alley Plantation in Vacherie, La.

Dates back to the early 1800's.

This is Oak Alley and is about 40 miles from my house...right on the Mississippi River . Lot's of old restored houses around here.
