Let's start over......
well the 93 explorer limited is probably gone, lady ran a stop sign (damn f150 drivers ) and dad hit her at 35mph. Have a feeling its totaled cause the insurance isn't going to want to fix it cause of the year even though it only has 21k miles on it. Main thing is dad is ok, a vehicle can always be replaced!

Just got the call from Farmers that they are going to fix dad's Explorer.. Accident happened 12/5 and that fly by night insurance company (ACCC) wouldn't answer any calls from anyone after they offered 1000 dollars and dad keep the vehicle (5400 in damages)... Finally dads insurance picked it up as a uninsured claim and i'm taking it to get fixed in the morning.
Report that other company to the state

The kid probably hit the gas, heard a minivan coming at him so he matted the gas pedal, after waiting for what seemed like hours, the turbos finally spooled up enough to make a pound or two of boost and got the truck to move out of its own way. That's why he took so long to hit the brakes.

Yea they are, They said this is the first time they flat out cant get a hold of a insurance company. Farmer's said they were going to treat it as her having no insurance and go against her to recoup the money they were out.
Dad asked if they understood that it has 5400 dollars of damage on a vehicle that books at 4000 dollars in excellent condition and the guy said yes
