Termites complaining because I went to get some firewood left from last year. It may get down to freezing tonight! In the 50's now but temp is dropping and it's windy.

Ahhh -- books were the ultimate "racket" when I was in college! Write the check at the bookstore for $50.00 over the amount and pocket the cash -- along with the new university sweatshirt you added to the order! Then at the end of the semester you sold the books back (never telling mom and dad) and pocketed that cash as well!

Working the whole "book game" kept me in beer money for the better part of the semester.....

Alls I can say is I wish the Internet was what it is now when I was back in school

His books list average price was around $525 from the book store.... This is factoring in new, used, rentals

Did a lot of Internet searching and got his book list for $310 plus didn't have to pay state sales tax....

So I think I did pretty good
