Hey...I'm loving the Eco so far. Turbo's have been around for year's with no problems. Remember the Ford Probe GT in the late 80's. Turbo'ed 4 cyl built by Ford and Mazda. Those cars hauled azz for a 4 cyl.

1983-1988 Thunderbird's had a turbo charged 2.3 4 cylinder along with the 84-86 Mustang SHO.

Remember the T-Bird Super Coupe from the late 80's and the '57 T-Bird supercharged. The first turbo'ed vehicle I remember driving was a '72 Diamond Reo with a 270 hp Cummins 855 6 cyl. diesel. That thing would whistle upon acceleration.

My oldest brother had a 86 Tbird Turbo coupe that he bought new. He kept it for about 4 years then got a new '90 Cougar XR7 (same as the super coupe) with the Supercharged V6 and 5 speed Manual Transmission.. That thing would scoot!
