And about the hole... grabbed those in case... I wasn't too sure. If I can't use the nut... at least I know the right size now. I need a hardened nut, right Pat?

What brand outer tie rods do you have? Because some brands change the threads from OE and you have to use their specific hardware. So if you still have OEM tierods the castle nuts might be the wrong threads.

I'll see if I can get a Ford P/N for you if you are needing OEM nut for OEM tierods

Hi Pat... I have Motorcraft since the Rack and assembly was replaced last April. I should be good though. I had the ford part number and one of the dealers called me up and is ordering the 4 pack today. I'll have them tomorrow.

X2, The Detailing section use to be great, now its just one big advertising section. Would be nice if it went back to the way it use to be.

I introduced a lot of stuff like that into my house after reading on here. They all made fun of me at first. I'm not the only one who uses a leaf blower to dry the truck

I do that too! I learned the hard way to use an electric one. Once many years ago I used a gas powered blower and it spewed bits of oil on my truck in several areas

Wear a hat when you're welding. Ask me how I know!
