Lake Travis is getting leached out for Lake Austin. Lake Travis, for whatever reason, is the "female dog" of the other lakes; getting completely drained to keep water in the others. I can't imagine the fear all of the marina owners and employees must have right now. I wonder what even happens other than closing up shop. Granted we don't have the house up there anymore, but that lake is still a little dear to me. It's been bad since the economy crashed, ironically lol. But yeah, it's really not looking good for the entire state right now. I don't like rain, so I enjoy it not raining very often, but we sure need it.

So now that I have a job I'm going to be looking for a DD over the next month or two. I kept thinking it over and over. Thought of grabbing a crown vic, but those are still high priced around here. So I'm looking at the 2012+ Focus SE and 2010-2012 Fusion V6's (SE, SEL and sport). I keep reading about the Dry Clutch Transmission issues on the automatic Focus so I am really leery of them now. The 3.0 v6 in the Fusion's seem pretty good. The 3.5 Sport model is beautiful, but it's just a hair out of my price range. And I can always get an SE or SEL and just add the Sport rockers and little trim bits/spoiler. Have to get nice wheels anyways as the stockers will get snow tires They and a bit of flare and the more I looked, that's the main difference beside the wheels. Looking to spend 14-16k
