the grout color is going to be "mocha".....one of John's favorite colors....lol

Negative temps the other day, now almost 60*. Short lived though, tanking down the next few days then 40s at the end of the week.

Got down to 30 earlier with a wind chill of 19...even colder tonight. Going look for some leftover firewood from the past 2 yrs...that's if the termites haven't eaten it!
