Not what I exactly meant....

You have to offer guidance only....if ya know what I mean....put the blinders on her and narrow it down....focus on 4-5 in yer price range and let her pull the trigger....both of you actually will make the decision but she will be the one to make the choice in her head......psycology 101....good luck

it all depends on her personality type....my wife is a control freak....so the above is what I did when we bought our house...

Now if she's easy to get along with ignore the above...

I should've know better......



place I worked at gave me some "chocolate" chip cookies.....thought I scored big time....not.....they were "carob" chip cookies......ewww

I should've gotten the peanut butter or oatmeal raisin instead...it was a health food store where I was working...

Pat needs to have input on the house (driveway and garage are HUGE in the reselling features)
