Correct I did replace it. Glad you fixed your issue simply. Would you think it can only be the rack at this point?

Best thing to do is go to your DVD. They have EVERY symptom there is and detailed instructions how to pin point the problem. It's a cheap little service DVD you can get from Amazon or eBay if you don't have one yet. Ford makes them for the techs/service. I just looked thru yours and there's pages and pages of different symptoms and so on. That's exactly what I would do.
