Got inside from welding my core support together. Looks like a chicken roosted on it for a year, but the welds will hold. Hopefully i can get my car and black truck gone today...

 

Well my wife is at her parents place because her dad is in the hospital, so I got volunteered for the job. lol

 

Sooo, you're going to fake it and imply that it's not a regular thing.

 

It's not. She usually does it, though not as good as me. lol She's home all the time so she has time.

 

Finally warm enough up here today to rinse the truck off, 30*.

 

Nice! It's hot enough here to go swimming!

 

Got the car put back together and went for a test drive. I got about half mile down the road and the clutch went out of it. It's going on Craigslist or off to the scrap yard,

 

That didn't last long!

You're tellin me! I was expecting to get more than a week out of it, I was hoping for at least 2 I just don't think it's worth the trouble putting a new tranny or clutch in it. The worse part is I'm the one that did it in. When the wheel bearing locked the wheel up I was stuck in the middle of the parking lot at work and I beat the snout out of it to get it back in the parking space. After that I didn't think the clutch felt right but I chalked that up to paying more attention to things since something was wrong.

 

Just racked up $360 extra cash to put into my pockets!!!!

 

Your wife read this site? I'll take $50 to keep quiet. LOL

 

Nope!!! She sure doesn't. I have a guy coming over in the morning to buy somemore things. That will make it another $150.
