Well... this is the last straw on my chitty escort... coming into school today it started surging. The mechanically inept female that was with me even went, "why is your car doing this?" Im gonna start looking for a Pontiac Bonneville. After a test beating, i mean trive with my buddy i think it will work.

Cheap tint sprayed with ammonia based glass cleaner will do that every time.

You suck at picking beaters lol.

There's somewhat bulletproof Fords out there. But you have to be a true Ford guy to know I guess. Or close enough to it.

EVERY Escort that I've known of got a chick. Since it was known as a disposable girly girl car. I'm surprised "the mechanically inept female" that was with you didn't say, - what do expect, it's an eskirt

I had an old Cougar once, -early 70's model, hideaways, dark brown w/plad hard top lol. Cool car, but man did that thing rust out fast up here. Sort glad it was dark brown in color back then lol.

Didn't really need a special vehicle to "get chicks" per-say. However, I do recall having to beat them off with a stick after acquiring an F150. Any issues that may arrive with an F150 are usually owner operator error.

one was just typical wear, "alternator" the other was well. yea... as stated in my sold the truck thread. A possible bent frame and had to replace sway bar end links. Those terraces kept coming at me at 40-55 mph!

Right, typical wear, I agree. Bent frame, that may be the ladder. What's a terrace ? Or your meaning anyway.

chasing coyotes across a field, and a possible day of messing around and finding out you needed to be home 15 min ago with a 15 min drive. Terrace: a barrier of dirt designed to prevent erosion...

Oh okay, we call them "Check Dams" here. Usually consisting of large cobble stone and or straw bails. Depending upon slope. On occasion, membrane and netting is used to secure organics for growth, as its growth prevents erosion. But yea, revolves around slope and fall. Engineered from CAD via Survey To-pol (topology).

A bullet catches those varmints much quicker or beaver trap, catch and release IF they come in singularity vs packs.
