Work has been crazy, then Wed night about 11:30, my wife tripped on a rock and fell face first into the edge of the porch. Spent most of yesterday in the emergency room. She was very lucky, no broken bones or concussion, just cuts around the eye that bled like crazy. Whole left side of her face is a bruise and swollen. Looks as if she was in a tough boxing match. Good thing the porch is wooden and not concrete. She has a nice crease from the edge down her face.

Hope she's doing better, no fun sitting all day in an emergency room.

Thanks! She is better. Very sore and it will take awhile for her face and knee to heal.

The emergency room will wear you out!

I've been lucky, only thing I've been to the doctor for was a flare up of the gout.

Jim, I'm glad your wife is doing well after the fall. How are you doing?
