That was definitely my impression going from 87 to 93... I love the feel of the 93 tune but, I have trouble keeping my foot out of it... thus, any savings that I may get are lost in the weight of my foot.

Yep. With me, it is hearing the intake suck air. Such a beautiful sound! It has more of a roar on the 93 tune than on the 87 tune. I like to hear it too often. Actually, the 87 tune is very good and for my everyday driving, very adequate. It's just the mental thing of knowing there is more there that I'm missing out on.

With the canned Edge tunes, there was a significant difference in performance between the 87 and 93 tunes, plus I got about 11% better mpg with the 93, so no reason not to run it. With the Performance tunes from PHP, there is less difference between them and the mpg are almost identical. At least that is true for the tunes I received.

Well my tunes are the same as yours for the most part.

It's raining pretty good here. I heard an electrical whoosh and saw a bright light, neighbor's house lost power. Usually the whole side of the block goes, weird.

I was wondering if we were getting any rain out there. It's rained steadily all morning here in East Fort Worth.

I understand how you don't need it, but man, we really did. Been awhile since we had a significant rainfall.

It went from the heat of summer with drought to fall and a soaker. I love Texas.

I can't really blame anything on the rain.......I blame the crappy wannabe contractor (read: fast talking handyman) that picked an even worse foundation crew. No wonder the homeowners want me to deal directly with them and not the *contractor*. The worse part is because he didn't get to pick his crew for the job, he's leaving me out of the loop to try to make me look bad. Some people......

Are most of the homes in TX block walls or poured? Just curious

Not sure about the question. Most homes being built now are on a concrete slab. The walls are wood frame with sheetrock on the inside and a fiber board insulation on the outside of the frame, then an outer brick wall. There are still a few homes in certain areas that are pier and beam. A lot of the commercial buildings are tilt concrete walls.
