Put in an offer on the house. It was a reasonable offer a little lower than their asking price. We're pretty stoked, and our mortgage will be substantially lower than our rent on this dump.

That looks good Dave! When done right a rattle can can look as good as a spray gun. Saying that, it looks like you used a spray gun.

In my case it doesn't matter if it's a rattle can or spray gun; they both look terrible

Oh, and Dave, you missed a spot!!! But it still looks good. I use one of those rattle can handles myself. Fingers don't get tired as fast.
