Let's start over......
They have really dressed up the XLTs. I really like the dash and instrument panel and it's hard to believe they have the screen readout, the sync, and all the gadgets in an XLT. Of course, you pay for it.
As to the 5.0, it ran good, shifted well, but no better than my 5.4 with a tuner. If I drive another one, I want to get it on the highway at 70 and see how resonsive it is. My truck is ready to go with plenty left at 70. The thing is, you don't feel you have to have a tuner. I don't think I could ever buy the ecoboost, but would like to drive it for comparison.

One of the differences in the motor is the intake...a single bore throttle body is used on a single bore intake on the 4.6 3v sort trac.....if a person finds an intake and a double bore tb off a mustang 4.6 3v it should work and you'll get more air...
One thing different on the 5.0, the power steering pump is off the crank shaft rather than a separate pump. This is great until you have a problem with it. It was done on the mid 60s Lincoln 460 engines, so nothing new.

You couldn't pay me enough to eat that crap. I like those Costco Chickens, yea, they cook right up in the store. Iduno how they do it, but its the best chicken I ever had.
Boston Market is good as well. Good Food! We find any sheep, they get a one way ticket, south...

The swelling in Maggie's leg is gone and she's back to her rambunctious self. I think her feelings were hurt worse than the leg, something got her instead of her getting it. It was either a momma rabbit protecting her nest or an armadillo.
One RR gone with some crackers and P butter. Nap time maybe.

Got my quote today for the tuner with the all wheel drive dyno.....
$1100 for a programmer and one tune......thought I'd give the local boyz a chance but I won't if its going to take that much money.....
