John, not sure where you are getting that. The couple that have bought both have indicated they could tell little difference in the tunes, and I would suspect that to be the case with any of the good tuners. I think the big difference is hardware. people fall into 3 catagories: want a dash monitor, don't care, don't want a dash monitor. Other than hardware, I really don't think the tunes from PHP, Troyer, VMP or 5 Star will show noticable difference. To me, it comes down to do I want a monitor and whom do I want to deal with.
Yeah that might be it, but some people noticed an improvment I believe with VMP or Troyer, but at the same time, it could have been a small change that could have made the difference. I could even get a SCT from Bill I forgot about that. I'll keep my display just get a simple Xcal 3

Spending the day with the wifey. Gonna do some shopping and might see Transformers, although it has horrible reviews.

I want to see T3 too, maybe this week. I got called in early so I'll be heading in about 3 hours early... not bad. Also decided I'm not finishing my system this summer... gonna by the headunit and that's it. I'll get the sub, box and new battery over the fall (maybe even into the spring). I want to pay my college straight up, the truck crap can wait. I'll be so far ahead in the long run. Gotta get my rear dif fluid changed later this summer and I'm gonna get my 5th Roush wheel mounted on a cheap same size tire for a spare before my trip at the end of the month.
