It would be interesting to try and start a hole in the manifold while the engine is running.

And add 15W40 on a cold morning to the mix and it won't shake at all.

Dave, buck up and get to it. I put off doing mine forever cause I was nervous too. Really, it wasn't that bad. I did it with the motor off. Drilled, tapped, then started it to blow out the shavings. Haven't had any issues with it. Just be sure to retighten everything after a few hundy miles/heat cycles.

The service manager at the dealership really takes care of me, otherwise, they would charge so much I would not use them. They charge $76 for balancing the tires, he cuts it to $20. They charge $200 for servicing the diff and he cut it to $175. That is still too much, but I let it go.

Detailed work on first truck today coming up soon. Don't think I can make it to the second one today. Ran out of beer. Have to go back in town to get some more, but it will be time to take the wife out for dinner for our 12th anniversary when I get back.

Meh......mid 60's sunny and a slight breeze here.

Linch is over....... time to go button things up in the cab for my gauge install and start punching some more holes in my truck.

Winds were blowing about 30+ on the lake today. Wasn't a good fishing day but it sure was good to get on the water. This wind is ruining out spring fishing, making it hard to get to the good spots.

We did scope out up in a creek and saw about 100 or so beds, they had bluegill on them.
