DSL is back on. I told the idiot phone techs and customer service people that the jumpers in the box were disconnected but did they listen? No. They said there was something wrong with my line. I said they were wrong. Technician came over and said the jumper was disconnected and fixed us up, then said the CS and techs are idiots, and it wasn't the first time he's heard that.

 

I think I signed up during a nap, maybe.

I really want new wheels but my front end made a loud crack tonight going through a dip at work so I think I am going to get my ball joints fixed. They have been on borrowed time for about a year now.
