Yes but if we get bored with where we are at all I have to do is hook up the truck and go where ever our little hearts desire.

Played hookey today. Kitchen and laundry water supplies are frozen, no way to prevent it in the laundry room, the supply is facing the cold. Did the normal PM in the kitchen.

The 5er is paid for until we upgrade and the goal is to pay cash for it and the truck will be paid for in about 18 months. I have a long time before I retire but my goal is to have the house and land payed off before that happens.

Can you get at the pipes to put heat tape or heat cable on them or are they buried in the wall?

I am 35 this year so I probably have 40 before I retire or sell the company if my step son doesn't want anything to do with it. We are going to do what my mom and dad did for a long time and take 3 or four weeks every winter and dissapear to Florida or Texas. When my mom died it was a wake up call for all of us to start enjoying life and not wait to do things that we want to do because she was only 55 and my dad and her had so many plans that they never got to enjoy together.
