Merry Christmas.
Turns out the Cam Phasers on the truck are normal. The service manager said it's one of the quieter one's they've heard in while so all I needed was the rear axle seal, parking brake shoes and springs.
I asked him about spark plugs and he said the most he's been breaking is 3 and that's the back ones. When it's all said and done it's around $800.
I changed the plugs, cap, rotor and wires in my 96 for around $100 and I thought that was crazy

About to go eat Christmas Dinner at the inlaws then over to my moms for some more gifts then back home to work in the shop to put up all my new toys I've gotten. Then going to order my new exhaust.
