I remember in collage, we watch a vid on cold weather and weights. It was out in Alberta they tested it, they had 3 cars all the same ohc 4 cylinders with a clear valve cover. At 0*F they timed the weights on how long it took the oil to reach the cam, 0 weight took 1.5min, 5w took 10 min and 15 took 30mins 1/2hour before the oil touched the cam, think about all those people that start their car/truck and slam it in drive right away

The truck just rolled over to 160k last night and I am thinking about changing it early. I will start the truck and go unplug the block heater before I take off in the morning.

It's a coolant heater and I had warm air three blocks from the house so it kept the truck warm all night.

The bones are clicking along just fine. Got up to 30 degrees so it was pretty brisk when Maggie and I took our walk. I had to move pretty fast to keep up with her.

That stinks Dave, mine does too, but we are getting another commercial truck garage to put where we had trees taken down. So everyone's vehicles are covered

Getting ready to go run a few errand's so I can watch some more football later. Not use to having five day's off without taking a vacation!
