The 1 1/2 will be used for the creeper and the 1x2 will be used for the up right. Then I will go from there. Mine will also be adjustable.

You could get a clevis pin with stranded wire going through one of the holes then crimped back onto the wire itself. Then bolt the wire to the creeper its self so you wouldn't lose it. Prolly be cheaper.

Dave, I just finished drawing up the design how I'm going to build the Top Side Creeper. Going to order the material tomorrow. It's going to look great. I will send you pics of it after I finish.Like an over the engine bay one?
