Wife and I stopped last Sunday and looked at a few new ones on the local lot. Looked at a loaded out Platinum for 47k and I said let me get out of here. Then I saw a loaded King Ranch 250 diesel for 64k and told her I'm trying to retire not work more to pay one off. Nice truck's but way too high for me!

Yes, just crazy. The Lariat sticker was 40,030 and the XLT was 36,875. An Fx4 I looked at was 44,400. The XLT was loaded out for an XLT.

Is there any way a gigantic sink hole can open up under Lsu's stadium?

Just got back from Ashtabula. Decided to go to my dads campground and see how everything was, not sure when the last time it was that he was up there. It was actually warmer there than it is at my house. It's kind of depressing seeing all the docks pulled out of the river and sitting on the shore.
I did get some pics but I forgot to grab the camera so I had to use my cell phone.

This was the first long trip I've takin with the truck, 216 miles round trip, and it did really well. What reall surprised me was my gas mileage. I filled up before I left and then filled up at the same gas station on the way back at the same pump and squeezed 11 gallons in. When I did the math it was 19 mpg which really surprised me. The best I've seen out of it so far was 15.3 mixed city and highway. Today was ALL highway with prolly 5-10 mins of "city". I just set the cruise on 65 and went.

Nice bro, wish the warm weather was still here. Although looking out at the lake it looks like it would be chilling.

Thanks Dave. I was workin on PTM the handles last night and got kicked out of my buddies garage because someone brought a 460 over for him to rebuild. So I had to get my truck out of the way. I might just wait until Spring to do it.

Yeah thats always fun my friend did that to me when I was putting in a outlet for a garage door opener. I had turned off the breaker for the circuit and he turned it back on with out me knowing about it. That was another pair of cutters I had to replace.
