Bought a coffee table and end tables. House already looks better along with the couch and loveseat.

Looking at getting a 55" Samsung LCD tv soon. It'll sure beat the 30" flat tube tv we have. Need a better surround sound speaker system too. Already have a good receiver.

Also I'll be getting some stuff painted soon for the truck. Things are starting to come together.

youre gonna get all this new furniture then realize you need new carpets, then realize you need to paint the walls, new curtains/blinds etc. Its never ending

Already know we have to paint. We have laminate flooring already, so that's good. One room at a time is how we're attacking this.

Well guys, I found out something not so good for me health wise.

Yesterday at work I was randomly checking my pulse rate and felt this thump in my chest. I'd felt it before but thought it was something else like esophageal spams or something. It turns out I've been having heart palpitations for the better part of a year.

While checking my pulse I felt the thump, basically my heart skips a beat then thumps back in time/rhythm. Sort of freaky.

I thought I was going to the emergency room. I left work to meet my wife when I got home. I beat her home and relaxed for a while and the palpitations stopped.

They happen randomly, they do not hurt, I have no health risk factors of heart problems, no high blood pressure, no family history of heart disease or the like, just a random occurrence. From my own research anyone can get them at any given time.

So I went to the Dr. today and he listened to the ticker then did a heart monitor, portable ekg I assume. He saw the thing on the printout. He thinks my heart is healthy but sending me to a cardiologist anyway.

Wish me luck. This sort of sucks.

they will probably tell you what you already know, that being overweight doesnt help the whole heart situation. Best of luck tho Will, you've got a prayer going up from this end
