Drove my truck 2 hrs to Breckenridge and 2 hrs back tonight. I love driving my truck. Rode in my cousin's Avalanche. Rides pretty nice. Sure is tricked out inside. He has 2 of them. One has 105,000 on it and still original brakes and plugs. Most of the miles are back and forth from Breckenridge to Roswell, NM. He is 80 and still working. Works because he wants to as he's a millionaire. Neat guy. He backed that Avalanche down in the water at the boat ramp, and loaded his pontoon boat on the trailer, slick as could be.

 

Does he need a grandchild?

 

He has great grandchildren nearly as old as you. My dad was his uncle but there was only 5 year difference in their ages. They grew up together. My Dad died in 1988 at 64 years old. I've been trying to get him to adopt me ever since.

 

I have no problem being a great grandchild.

 

He retired from Bell Telephone 30 years ago. He worked for them 30 years as well. He started his own company laying underground cable, sold that and started his own company doing electrical contracting primarily for schools and banks. He has a bunch of family members working in the business. He needs one more.

 

I have no problem with relocation either. Depending on what he pays of course.
