Yeah my sister was there too, freaking sickos. I would have had heads rolling if I were there, literally, one punching the guy's head clean off his body.

Both my cousin and sister immediately called the authorities. Neither area had cameras. The park my sister was at has cameras, but they are only on at night. I told her that they need to change that policy. Asinine to me.
