the modified one hooks to a scoop under the front bumper (like built5.4 has) and it is a ram air type set up using the stock looking air box

basicly it allows the truck to breathe better (expecially from a roll)

Ok I see, so basically like Volant's intake that has the optional ram air scoop that goes down to the bumper to scoop in even more air?

John, never ever do any mods unless you are willing to go all the way

My Iat's usually read 2-3 * over outside temps this winter. It's neat being able to monitor all this with my Gryphon.

Random, but I had a dream I went to Troyer and got my truck supercharged with a Whipple. It was awesome! I remember that I was having trouble choosing a muffler so that it was not too loud. I didn't want to wake up

I am trying to learn as much as I can while I am young. I think I want to make sure that the truck is really beefed up for it and can take some serious power. Even with the blower I will not beat on my truck and burnout, but I just want to have the extra power so I can hear the whine and for shows and such. I would like to make around 500rwhp or so, but I don't want it to look like I am packing that much under the hood. This truck is gonna be a sleeper
