All ive got left to do is a little more primer, spray the floor with bedliner, then rewire the trailer and its ready to sit for another 10 years
Looking good!

I try to R & B the tires on the car every other oil change since I drive it more. I usually do the truck once a year.

It's a performance tire. They want to do it that often, so if I have the time, I'll get it done. Lifetime rotate and balance was included in the price of the tires. They are also directional tires, you totate front to back, same side.

Put new weather stripping on three doors and fixed a leaky toilet tank. Mind you this house is 26 years old, so it was no easy task. I had to cut off two of the tank bolts with a hacksaw. They didn't want to come off due to the nature of a corrosive toilet. Yuck. Got the parts replaced and it's up and running with no leaks. The weather stripping was a pain too. The old stripping was really thick where it is stuffed into the door jamb and all the new stripping from HD was not staying, so I tacked it all in place with some brads. Also adjusted the thresholds, and the door strikers and now the drafts are at a minimum if not gone.

Maintaining a 26 year old house is no fun.

Neither is maintaining a 23 year old house.
