I do half inch layers of PB and J separated by a piece of bread, ends up being like 4" tall sandwhich
gonna get to work on the first upper now

I lift weights M/W/F (and thats on top of my heavy lifting at work 
I would lift on Tuesday and Thursday but i dont like their abbreviations
