Patrick, those retainers, the push in plugs, I have two holding my plastic cowl down. Do you just pull them out? Won't they break?

Yes, the somewhat flattened dome. They spred out after being inserted to clip two pieces together.

blue, the radiator cowl cover? most of those pull out, usually stick a small crow bar under them to pull them out a little then get behind the head with needle nose and yank and yank. Its like a backwards Christmas tree if that makes sense, it pushes in easily, then all the feathers lock in, so you have to wiggle side to side and pull out to get them to smash in enough to pull the whole clip out
