Getting older is mostly a mental thing. I'm stuck mentally at about 45. The problem with that is when we have family get togethers and I still play basketball with the nephews (most of them in their 40s now). My mind says jump shot, jump and at the peak, flick the wrist for a nice soft jump shot. My mind still gets 2 feet off the ground but my feet are only about 2 inches off the ground.
