I've done seal replacement on worm gearboxes before at a place I used to work at, basically the same philosophy. Input shaft, pinion, bearings, seals, worm gear, output shaft. Rebuilt them as well.
yea seemed pretty simple in the write up. Just need a slide hammer and the 90* pry bar, ive got everything else. I probably should invest in both of those tools anyways, so we'll see

Slide hammer for the bearing, 90* pry bar for the seal. Big bucket for the fluid.

I'm going to monitor the leak. It's not reaching the ground as of yet. Just some residue on the lower part of the inside area, and from there some on the wheel, just like Quintin's images.

Pat, sometimes you just crack me up!!

Lunch was good - spicy buffalo chicken strips on a romaine salad. I have errands to run but am procrastinating because it's a thousand degrees outside and I don't want to get out in it.

Zaair the closest thing to honeycomb i found on your front end style is box grill like the expy's have
