For the ultimate experience, you really need to eat them in S. Louisiana.

Make sure the trip is when they are in season though.

Florida? Crawfish? Are you sure you're not confusing lobster with crawfish?

I know what crawfish are smart ****!! The route I have planned is come down to Marble Falls where my dad is in the winter and then over to Florida for the winter buying show that I go to in Orlando.

Crawfish(boiled) are only available from late feb til about end of june, early july.

Yep - any other time and you'll be getting something that's been frozen.

It looks like I will be getting frozen crawfish then because the show is the 17-20 of February so I will be coming through before that.
