When I was 21 I could maybe bench 225... for 1 rep. Now I can do 225... for 25 reps. I notice no difference other than after squats I'm more sore the next day than compared to my 20s.

I remember sparing John La Tourette when I was about 20 and in pretty good shape. He must have been in his early 40s then and it was a joke he could kick my *** without breaking a sweat. From then on I knew you could get older and still be in great shape. Just look at Randy Couture.
